  1. After a few years’ absence, the original EP-EX15 extender is back – though we don’t know for how long! Both the original and EP-EX15 II move your standard Canon eyecup back 15mm for more comfortable viewing. It also helps to keep your nose clear of the LCD monitor, reducing grease and smears. The visible image size in the viewfinder is slightly reduced, which can aid composition.

    The EP-EX15 can also be used in combination with Canon dioptric correction lenses.
  2. The Canon EP-EX15 (Mark I) is compatible with EOS 5D, 5D Mark II, 6D, 10D, 20D, 30D, 40D, 50D, 60D, 70D, 90D, 300D, 350D, 400D.
    The Mark II version EP-EX15 II is available here.
    Neither the Mark I nor Mark II versions is compatible with the EOS 5D Mark III, or the EOS 7D- or 1D-series.
