  1. With much more than just timer functions, the Canon Timer Remote Controller TC-80N3 can be used as an interval timer, a self timer, long exposure timer (from seconds to 99 hours, 59 minutes, 59 seconds) and a counter to set the number of images captured (up to 99).

    The real strength of the TC-80N3 unit is that these modes can be combined - example, the interval timer with the self timer and exposure counter for the time-lapse photography of flowers opening. When you don't need the extra timer features, it can also be used simple as a wired remote release to fire the camera without touching the shutter button. Cord is 80cm long.

    Operation is via a dial input, plus there's an LCD panel with illumination to check settings.

    The TC-80N3 connects directly to all EOS cameras with an N3 socket (see Compatibility), but can also be converted to work with EOS models with an E3 connection via the Canon Remote Control Adapter RA-E3, available separately.
