Are all of your products in stock?

You can see whether an item is in stock when you are browsing the shop. In some instances we do allow you to place an order for an item even when it is out of stock. We will only do this when we are confident that we can complete your order in a reasonable time frame. This may be because we have more stock on order which is due to arrive in a few days, or because we know we can get the item in quickly for you.

If the delay is longer than a few days it will specify at the point of ordering how long we anticipate it will take to get the particular item back into stock.

How do I log out of the shop site?

To log out of your account (or to check whether or not you are currently logged in), click on 'My Account' on the top menu bar. If you are currently logged in, you will be shown a menu screen, where the final option is to log out of your account. If you are not currently logged in, then you will be shown a login area instead.

I can't find the answer to my question. What can I do?

Is there a charge for returning an item?

We want you to buy with confidence from EOS magazine shop so we keep our Returns Policy simple. If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, you have up to 30 days to decide. You pay the postage for the return delivery but we never make a restocking charge. See our Returns Policy for full details.

If the item is damaged or incorrect upon receipt we will pay the return postage costs, either by sending out a stamped addressed envelope or by refunding your postage costs.

When will I receive my order?

We use a variety of delivery services to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. For most UK deliveries we choose Royal Mail. Camera batteries and larger bulky items are sent by next day courier (Monday-Friday delivery only). For orders sent outside the UK, we send via Royal Mail who then relay the order to local postal services.

The majority of UK orders are delivered in 1-2 days; most orders to non-UK destinations are delivered in 5-10 days, depending on your location and local delivery timescales.

You can check the progress of an order by logging into your account.

If you have not received your order within 10 days (UK only) or 30 days (outside UK) please let us know that your order hasn't arrived and we can investigate further.
