You can choose from a variety of delivery speeds according to your needs.
Please note that during the restrictions placed because of COVID-19, all deliveries may be slightly delayed. We're processing orders as quickly as possible, and in the order they are received, but we are working with reduced capacity at present. Delivery services are also slower than usual. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is despatched – please allow slightly longer than the indicated timescales for your order to arrive.
Economy delivery – £1.95
Your order will be sent using Royal Mail's 48 service, normally delivered within two-three working days. It will not require a signature, but may need someone available to receive the parcel if your order is large or bulky. Please allow up to two weeks before contacting us to discuss non-delivery of you order.
Standard delivery – £3.95
Your order will be despatched using Royal Mail 24 service. It will not require a signature, but may need someone available to receive delivery if your parcel is too large to fit through a standard letterbox. Royal Mail 1st class is normally delivered in one to two working days, but you should allow up to a week for delivery before contacting us.
Next day delivery (Monday-Friday only) – £7.95
Your order will be despatched using Royal Mail Special Delivery service. The parcel will require a signature and will arrive by 1pm. Next day delivery is only available Monday-Friday if the order is placed by 2pm and is subject to stock availability. Orders placed by 2pm on Friday will arrive Monday (except bank holidays) by 1pm. If we are unable to send your order we will contact you to discuss other arrangements.
MARCH 20: This service is currently suspended because of the impact of COVID-19 on delivery service and timescales.
If your order is £50 or more (excluding postage) then it will qualify for free standard delivery worth £3.95. UK only.
Orders over £100
We may, at our discretion, upgrade higher value orders to the Next day delivery service at no extra cost to you. Please be aware that, if your order exceeds £100, you may need to sign for your parcel.
Large or dangerous goods
If your item is bulky or heavy, or it is an item prohibited from entering the main postal system (e.g. camera battery), we may use a courier service to deliver your item. This will be at no extra cost to you, but you should be aware that you may need to sign for your parcel.
We currently offer standard delivery for overseas orders. Your order will be despatched via Royal Mail Airmail service. On leaving UK shores your order will be passed to local postal departments for delivery. The time it takes for your order to arrive will vary significantly depending on your location. It is likely to be around 3-5 days for mainland Europe, 5-7 days for USA and 7-10 days for Australia and New Zealand.
Postage will be calculated based on the weight of your order. We may upgrade your order to a registered or trackable service for certain destinations. In these circumstances your parcel may require a signature.
Customs outside EC
For orders destined for outside of the European Community your parcel may be subject to customs clearance and duty which is payable in your country. These charges are not the responsibility of EOS magazine shop and are not included in your purchase price. You should check with local authorities before ordering if you are unsure about customs clearance and charges for which you may be liable.
We reserve the right not to fulfil overseas orders. This will be the
case if we feel that the address given is not secure (in the instance of
a PO Box address) or we have experienced difficulties with previous
orders to that particular destination. We may also request that funds
are paid via an alternative method, such as UK-drawn sterling cheque. We
will contact you if this is applicable to your order.
