Returns policy

30 day money-back guarantee
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind for any reason, you have thirty (30) days from the date shown on your receipt to do so. We will not refund the delivery charge you have paid when your order was placed, except in the circumstances where we have made an error.
All goods must be returned to: EOS magazine shop, The Old Barn, Ball Lane, Tackley, KIDLINGTON, OX5 3AG, UK. You should obtain proof of posting when returning goods as we cannot accept liability for loss during transit. This is an extension to, and not in addition to, the right to withdrawal set out in the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This gives you the right to a cooling-off period of seven (7) business days, starting at the time goods are received, during which time you can cancel the contract and return said goods at your own expense, without having to give a reason.

You can exercise this right to withdrawal without penalty, excepting the return fee for the goods. If you exercise the right to withdrawal, you have the option of requesting a full refund or exchange of goods. If an exchange is requested, all shipping expenses shall be your responsibility. You are responsible for all costs incurred in returning the item. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) whilst in your possession, and should also return any items in appropriate packaging so as to preserve their condition in transit. No refunds or exchanges will be made for incomplete or damaged goods. We will issue a refund within ten (10) working days of receipt of returned goods, subject to satisfactory inspection. Refunds will normally be made via the same method as the original payment.

You do not need to contact us before returning an item within the thirty (30) day period. However we recommend that you do contact us, as we may be able to help if you are unsure about the item as to its suitability or compatibility. If you do contact us we will make a note that you intend to return your order. This will assist with the returns procedure.
